Looking for a book to help get you in shape? Don’t forget to remember Carrie Underwood.
The country music superstar and American Idol champ will share her exercise tips in a new book called Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life, People reports.
“Fitness and healthy living have been a passion of mine for years,” Underwood told the magazine. “It took time to find my way and navigate my wellness journey, and this book will provide tips and tools to help the reader find what is practical and sustainable in his or her everyday life for all 52 weeks of the year, and help lead them toward a positive lifestyle.”
Underwood first gained national attention after her victory on the reality show American Idol in 2005. Since then, she’s topped the country charts with singles like “Inside Your Heaven,” “Don’t Forget to Remember Me,” “Cowboy Casanova” and “Good Girl.”
Publisher Dey Street Books said Underwood’s book, her first, will be “packed with meal plans, recipes, weekly workout programs, and guidelines for keeping a weekly food and workout journal.”
“In Find Your Path she shares her secrets with readers, with the ultimate goal of being the strongest version of themselves, and looking as good as they feel,” the publisher said.
Find Your Path is scheduled for publication on March 17, 2020.
