Salvatore, who has sold more than 10,000,000 copies worldwide, will take part in Reddit's Ask Me Anything Fantasy series later today. Have a burning question about his breakout multi-volume series, the Icewind Dale Trilogy? Any lingering curiosities about Aydrian's behavior in Immortalis, the final book of the Demon Wars Saga? Now's your chance to pry into Salvatore's mind.

Salvatore introduced his popular character, the dark elf Drizzt Do'Urden, in 1998 with debut novel The Crystal Shard. The prolific author, who has written more than 40 titles, counts among his most popular fantasy series The Dark Elf Trilogy, Paths of Darkness, The Hunter's Blades Trilogy and The Cleric Quintet. Check out what Kirkus had to say about some of Salvatore's titles.

His newest book, The Stone of Tymora, releases Tuesday, September 30. Part of the Dungeons & Dragons Forgotten Realms franchise, the book follows the events aboard the Sea Sprite, where a demon is attempting to destroy the luckstone of one unlucky orphan. Everyone's favorite dark elf, Drizzt Do'Urden, will be there, too.
