Amateur cooks have been delighting in The America's Test Kitchen Quick Family Cookbook, which debuts in the number two spot this week. This guide, which ties in with TV's America's Test Kitchen hosted by Christopher Kimball, includes more than 750 family favorites. And last week's chart topper, On Dublin Street by Samantha Young, a tender tale of second chances, falls to third place.
