The impeachment inquiry against President Trump seems likely to dominate the news for the foreseeable future. But if you’ve been avoiding the news and need to catch up, Melville House has you covered.

The indie publisher announced on Thursday that it’s publishing a book containing both the House Intelligence Committee’s impeachment report and the Republican response to it.

Reflecting the sharp divide in American politics, the book is being published in an unusual “flip” format: ”Hold the book one way and there’s a blue cover leading to the House report, flip the book over and there’s a red cover leading into the Republican response,” the publisher explains.

“Nothing so bespeaks the state of the union right now so much as this book, coupling the House report and the Republican response," Melville House publisher Dennis Johnson said in a news release. “What’s more, this is the document that provides the precise evidence for the prosecution of the president—the guidebook the Senate will use in what will be only the third impeachment trial in the history of our nation.”

Melville House’s edition isn’t the first book version of the impeachment report. Earlier this month, Random House imprint Broadway Books announced it was rushing to print the report in book format, featuring an introduction by Pulitzer Prize-winning author Jon Meacham.

Melville House says their edition of the report “will be ready to ship in a few days—in plenty of time for Trump’s trial in the Senate.”
