The Miami Book Fair has revealed the lineup for its 2026 event, which will bring more than 500 authors and around 200,000 attendees to the city’s downtown in November.
The fair’s evening series lineup includes Colson Whitehead, recently named a finalist for the Kirkus Prize for his latest novel, Cool Machine; Tony Shalhoub and Josie Adams (We Thought They’d Never Leave: Musings on Food and Family); Elena Armas (Alma Vampires); Jeff Garlin (Curbing It); Zibby Owens (Between Chapters: How I Started Over, Took Some Chances, and Found the Plot); and Brad Meltzer (The Viper). Additional evening series guests will be announced at a later date.
On Instagram, the fair announced that Marlon James, whose novel The Disappearers was published Tuesday, will be a guest at the fair.
The fair will hold a fundraising dinner on Nov. 20 at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami honoring legendary author Judy Blume (Are You There God? It’s Me, Margaret.) as well as the late Miami philanthropist Sandy Nusbaum and his family, who supported the fair through the years.
The Miami Book Fair was established in 1984 and is run by Miami Dade College. This year’s fair will take place Nov. 15-22. Tickets are available at the fair’s website.
