Reese Witherspoon’s book club is heading from the library to the kitchen.

The actor’s book club is launching a four-part online series called “Eat the Book,” to be hosted by singer-songwriter Christina Milian, the Hollywood Reporter reports. Sponsored by KitchenAid, the show will pair authors of books that have been featured in Witherspoon’s club with women chefs who will cook a dish inspired by the writers’ work.

“In #EatTheBook, we’ve teamed up with @KitchenAidUSA to turn a cooking show into a culinary journey that takes you beyond the pages of your favorite #ReesesBookClub picks,” the book club announced in an Instagram post.

The authors scheduled to participate in the series include Jasmine Guillory (The Proposal, Royal Holiday), Tembi Locke (From Scratch: A Memoir of Love, Sicily, and Finding Home), Delia Owens (Where the Crawdads Sing), and Amanda Eyre Ward (The Same Sky, The Jetsetters).

On a trailer for the series accompanying the Instagram post, Owens enthuses, “I love that my novel inspired this incredible meal.” (It’s not clear what the meal is, but if it’s not crawfish-related—say, a gumbo or an étouffée—it would seem like a missed opportunity.)

“Eat the Book” is scheduled to debut online on Feb. 18, with the remaining three episodes airing each Thursday after that.
