After the bonafide excitement of The Anderson Tapes, the pleasures of Helen reduce to the tired twitch of cheap porno. Helen is one of those knowingly innocent but good-natured girls who has been cruising around the city for years and she deserves better — better than Harry Tennant, her "tar-baby Babbitt," who commits suicide; or Joe Rhodes, well preserved behind his pince-nez and Menjou mustache; or Uck Faye, a fat fag. In fact none of the men in her life are up to much and along with the disposition of her aged dog, and the marriage of her confidante, and her candid self-appraisal, you might wince. If you're not altogether disgusted at having spent "a hard day in the orifice.
