Garcia's pace is breakneck, but listeners can still follow the twins' choices and decisions. The family dynamic involves a new stepfather--someone they're not yet ready to trust. Nonetheless, the twins demonstrate courage as they face both supernatural and family trials. Teens who enjoy fantasy will find much to enjoy in this first installment of the Seasons of Sisterhood trilogy.
