Elizarah O’Neduncan aka E.O is a private person for reasons explained in her books, she writes true stories into her fantasy stories to help heal her traumatic wounds from her past.

Greetings, when I was younger, I was instructed to write down my life for therapy, I have a very traumatic past. My mother said to me “You have so many stories you should write a book”, So I did! But because of my stories involving real situations, I like to keep my identity private for the most part. I am in my thirties, married, and have a child. I was raised in a hyper-religious setting so my thirst for rebellion is strong. I am not allowed to speak ill about it so I tell what happened within my storytelling.
I write to help myself heal and I truly hope I can help any readers of my work to be entertained as well as heal them too.
I have always loved stories, I was very sheltered so all I did was watch movies, read manga, play video games, watch anime, draw, and write. I noticed while I was growing up there were not many superhero movies and shows with enough of the topics I enjoy in them.
A balance of violence, drama, and romance, it was always very little of one and too much of the other. So I decided to write my own, putting everything I have into it.
As I have been able to leave my past behind, I have been able to further my education (not professionally, wasn’t allowed to) and I was able to get a children’s book published with Dorrance Publishing.

Namazzi: The lost mermaid. I designed the book to help children read by colored print associated with words since the area where I live has a low reading skill percentage. I taught my child how to read at an early age using this technique of colors associated with text and I wanted to share it with others to give their kids a chance to have a brighter future, as we know reading is vital.

However, the paperback copies were very expensive to make and the books didn’t go in stores. I donated my extra copies (80+ copies) to local book donation boxes, the books are always taken from the boxes and I restock it with more, it makes me happy to think I am helping cure the reading problem in my area.
I would love to leave a mark on the world, knowing that my suffering wasn’t for nothing and that maybe my suffering will help someone else to survive.
I intend to continue writing my superhero series, making artwork and hopefully seeing more of the world from beyond the walls. But until then I will keep dreaming, imagining, and creating my future.

WARRIOR'S BLOOD

BY E O

In O’Neduncan’s SF/fantasy novel, youngsters discover superpowers they can use to prevent dark magic from encroaching into their universe.

Eighteen-year-old Sarah’s trip to a mall in the city of Blugree on Mature-Earth (one of many exotic settings in this space-hopping tale) turns into a horrifying ordeal when giant insects attack shoppers, abducting her mother, Katherine, and her uncle, Tommy. Sarah’s mom leaves her a sword and a corked bottle housing a fairy called Akili. It turns out Sarah has warrior blood, stemming from Core-Hub, a once-utopian planet now hidden by magic and corrupted by the Hate-Born-Being, an entity of pure evil. Sinister minions are now hunting shards of destroyed gemstone keys to set free the “hate-filled” magic contained behind the door of Spellbinding Unison. Sarah and Akili quickly track down Kanye, who is Sarah’s age, in Blugree; he possesses a newfound elemental power to control water, complementing Sarah’s ability to control earth. The superpowered teens battle pirates on another world called Brine to recover a key shard. They train to hone their abilities before visiting Zosar, yet another planet, to recruit a third “soldier,”Jabbar (who can manipulate sand),as they’ll need all the help they can get to keep the gemstone keys out of evil hands. The author’s character-driven superhero tale supplies detailed backstories for the characters: Kanye hails from a neighborhood that a thuggish “tribe” has long terrorized, and Sarah’s past includes an abusive biological father (“little Sarah was wondering why she didn’t feel safe around her birth father, he has a flashlight to protect her from monsters. Right?”). The author keeps the interplanetary story moving at a steady pace, though abundant run-on sentences can make some descriptions a bit perplexing. A handful of action scenes further energize the narrative and showcase the powers that the heroes are still learning to control. O’Neduncan also provides the book’s colorful, sparsely detailed artwork, which primarily accompanies helpful and entertaining profiles of the main characters.

A vibrant youthful cast headlines this diverting, magical fantasy.
