Fee applies for each round of editorial corrections requested; editorial corrections are any non-typesetting related changes requested to content present in the original manuscript submitted at the start of service

Post-layout typesetting

Fees apply for new content not present in the original manuscript and added after the formatting sample has been approved and initial typesetting has been completed

$60 / chapter + service rates for words and assets

Complete manuscript re-typesetting

Fee applies for new and/or completely revised manuscripts submitted after the formatting sample has been approved and initial typesetting has been completed
