THE DANGEROUS AMERICAN

... is deportee Johnny Cella, after a Senatorial investigation due to his under-world affiliations, but-back in Italy-Venice- he is still an undesirable citizen because of his record. Vito, whom he had once known, offers him a job running narcotics, but he refuses to carry his ""dirty packages"" and tries to make a living otherwise. Helped by Nia, whose love sustains his resolve, he marries her and builds up a small business in tiles. He must fight not only Vito, who follows him, threatens him, but also the son of the old man who gives him his chance- and in so doing finally assures an honorable future for himself- for Nia- and for the child to come.... Sex- and violence- gives this a high charge at a low level- rental; others can give it the intentional pass.
