THE RED BALLOON

Little Pascal, a young Parisian boy, shinnied up a lampost to unite a large red balloon. Pascal's mother was cross when she learned that a balloon had made him late in arriving home, so she tossed it out the window. But the red balloon stayed close to Pascal. In fact, everywhere that Pascal went, the ballon was sure to follow. Full page photographs and large sized text tell of Pascal's pursuit by bullies -- and how they destroyed his balloon. But at that moment, all the captive balloons in Paris converged where Pascal stood. Up, up, up, they went with Pascal in low to take him around the world. Based on an award winning film, this offers lovely vistas and close-ups of Paris.
