WATER TO BURN

So-so story of an author and his wife and son who buy a farm and then find that something has been put over on them. They learn through a painful process, but gradually win the cooperation of the son and daughter of the farmer who ""did"" them, and eventually the farmer himself becomes human. There is a good deal of how-to-do material in the process of building a dam for a swimming pool, which proves to be important as a factor in flood control and electric power.
