FOUR TIMES A WIDOWER

Another Kirk Larrabee case (the first was Murder Upstairs). Middle-aged Mrs. Penny goes as housekeeper to investigate the ""nervous breakdown"" of a fifth wife, and finds a tragically involved household, which grows madder as the story gathers momentum. Suspicion of successive deaths falls on one member of the household after another -- in somewhat the manner of The Green Murder Case.
