.... and through the tears, this story of Linda Lou, one of the frailer fluffs to come up from the south, as she learns that she is the daughter of ""O.W."" of No Bed of Roses and God Have Mercy on Mc. Seventeen, and happy in her pink pique dress and her blue convertible, the revelation of her inheritance of ""bad blood"" is a brutal one, and running away from home, she goes to New Orleans to see if her inheritance will tell. It does, as she lives with Don, a punk, and from then goes on to other cities, other men, until finally a ruin of her former self, she sees the way to salvation... At least a million readers have read the previous two- consider your eyes opened, or at least alerted.
