WHO'S AFRAID?

The story offers a rather tiresome illustration of the different connotations of the word ""afraid."" ""I'm so hungry I'm afraid I'm going to eat all the grass..."" said the elephant, and the lion immediately accused him of being frightened. The jungle animals all join into the bickering until they combine forces to rescue a lost little boy who really is afraid. Accompanying this drawn out bit of pedantry are some attractive animal drawings which, however, are pallidly colored.
