Craig leaves a job with a company to join a private venture, is jailed as a Bolivian spy in Paraguay, flees to Brazil to avoid losing his horse, joins the rebels as a machine gun expert, is outlawed when his side loses, regains his beloved horse, and decides to look in on his family once again. Capital reading, told with gusto, honesty and vividness. And the horse part is one of the nicest things about it. The Roy Baldridge illustrations will lend special flavor to the book. Should be easy selling to men who like this type of thing. And of these there are a goodly number.
