THE EARL OF CHICAGO

A gunless gangster precipitated into a social circle which has to accept him because of his position as 9th Earl of Gorley, is the basis for the story of the Kid, for whom English tradition and ritual have no terrors, and who outracketeers those who would put his money in their pockets. Amusing situation, but could be funnier in the development and handling.
