THE BLEEDING SCISSORS

This is the independent investigation of a husband in the disappearance of his wife and her sister. Leo Aiken's search for Judith and Paula leads him to New York and their theatrical and burlesque past, to the discovery of a forgotten, fixed murder charge, the death of Paula and another, before he finds Judith again. Melodrama- which for all the flash- is still mediocre.
