Sure fire for the movie public, the story of the adventurings as entertainers in army camps in Bermuda and North Africa of Carole Landis, Kay Francis, Mitzi Mayfair, and Martha Raye. There's a thread of romance -- there's a good deal of the content of their shows -- there are lots of names. Pretty slim pickings, and corny humor, but it will go. Don't treat it as literature.
