GINNIE AND GENEVA

Ginnie's first year in a real school after traveling about with her parents, is one of many young experiences in the fourth grade. She meets the attractive wilful and somewhat spoiled Geneva and learns to assert her way against her. They have a lot to offer each other and soon become good friends. A happy ending as the threat of another move for Ginnie is thwarted by well-wishing friends who have come to like her very much. Some of the trials of social growing up lightly handled for what is welcome reading in this age group.
