For this reason alone, the book is not expensive for mistakes in this game are costly--good water costs from $25.00 a day up to the thousands for membership in a club, so one day's poor fishing would pay for the book and avoid much future folly. Besides there are six color plates by Ogden Pleissner who can't be beaten on salmon pools and many excellent etchings by Robert Nisbet. Tell it to all who bought American Big Game Fishing and to those who are collecting the big books, i.e., Upland Game, Hounds and Hunting, etc. If you have calls for the de luxe (250.00) edition, which has already been over-subscribed, advertise at once and try to pick one up before they go too high.
