TIME TO ENTERTAIN

Some selected- even choisi- menus with individual recipes will take you through any occasion from a golfers' luncheon to a children's supper. Stressing the ""pre"" in the preparations for any party, this eliminates (almost) all activity in the kitchen once your guests have arrived. Shopping lists precede the cooking involved in these menus selected for dinners for 4- 6- or 8; pot luck suppers; luncheons; breakfasts; receptions or teas; cocktail parties- or however you wish to entertain. The dishes themselves, while they have a continental, custom look and sound- are on the whole easy to prepare and to not require too accomplished a cook.
