I WAS CHRISTABEL

Listed as fiction, but might stand a better chance as autobiographical recapturing of a New England childhood, a bit saccharine in the handling. One of these heart-warming efforts, which makes much ado about nothing in the little events of a child's life. She seems to have nothing new to say -- and she doesn't say it with much charm. For the lavendar and old lace market of olderly renters.
