Britisher Rowlandson, traveling in the Bavarian mountains, witnesses a murder and is asked to assume the identity of the dead man to smoke out the members of a Nazi organization. The politics are more plausible than the strange bedfellows they make (Rowlandson and Mia) and the plot which runs wild.
