ANGRY DUST

The dust is more lackadaisical than angry in this slow-paced spy-romance first. But the author throws a wide enough curve to keep the reader interested. Divorcee Julia Prew Mason has been biding her time in London. Object matrimony to one of the peers But she has been slightly sidetracked by an affair with a Polish Communist agent, one Andrei Mestrovic. It has been strictly for fun until Andrei receives orders to really get next to Julia who is sister to scientist Ned Prew currently working on ""Operation Black Plague,"" a gas of a gas. Meanwhile Julia is enlisted as an agent since her persuasive talents might hopefully cause Andrei to defect. You might think that this would lead to mutual mistrust but passion turns to true love leaving the two participants in an awkward position. Meanwhile brother Ned, suffering from mysterious head injuries, is being seduced by another communist agent... For those who prefer Old Fashioned to martini-oriented espionage.
