SUCH WAYS ARE DANGEROUS

A completely ineffectual and ludicrous little story of a demure, chaste little old-maid of 25, brought up to the way of another generation in Vermont, and thrust into the extravagance of New York when, unprepared, she inherits an aunt's millions. She becomes the dupe of pseudo-modern, extravagant leeches, of a Sicilian Duke out for her money, of decorators, wastrels, etc. Her money gone, she returns to Vermont and her country doctor. Trash -- and poor trash. Nobody will swallow it.
