LARRY COMES HOME

At the outset of his last year in Little League baseball Larry (see Larry Leads Off) and his teammates are presented with the problem of finding a new team coach when their former sponsor Jim Tracy finds he has more to do than before. The team is surprised when their new director turns out to be a woman. She's one of the boy's aunts, hailing from Williamsport, Pa., where Little League championships are played off- so she fits in with the scheme, helps Larry and his pals win the games that take them to Williamsport-and falls in love with Mr. Tracy. A definite market here for a book that drums up Little League spirit and injects romance for boys on the verge of interest.
