by D. Craig Gillespie ‧ RELEASE DATE: Jan. 1, 1972
Despite the aggressively cheery text and cluttered format, Gillespie's ""sciencing unit"" presents some visual puzzles worth poring over as it challenges children to ""sort out the Weeple People"" in a series of exercises in recognizing the common factors of sets. If Toopeds, Jolls, Circloons and Fraxes prove a cinch to identify -- ""take a deep breath and turn the page!""; the Tweeps, Wumps and Whammynackers will be enough to flummox all but the most keen-eyed classifiers (and the answers are in code).
