Here are the men who made the southwest, and the work they did,- explorers, Spaniards, Indians, traders, ranchers, cowboys, miners, emigrants, railroaders, etc. There are the conflicts with the Indians, trouble with the Spaniards, the gold rush, the silver stampede, labor strife. Good Americana regional material- but we wonder how much the market can absorb.
