While all the crafts use household materials and common art supplies, and do not involve great expense, some will have more satisfying results than others--the stained glass from France is grand, the mosaic from Italy tends toward sogginess. Still, the book will be utterly welcome with teachers and young artists alike, and fans of the first book will be in awe of this encore.
