by Derry Quinn ‧ RELEASE DATE: May 31, 1977
The disappearing wife, the smiling clinic doctor with the secret ""Twilight Wing,"" the distraught husband whom everybody thinks is crazy, the surly cops who won't believe the wife is really in danger. These are hoary, B-movie materials to be sure, but Quinn stitches them tightly enough, weaving in British backgrounds (newspaper, movie biz) and the drinking/marital problems of hero husband Mark Omney, an unemployed screenwriter. Quick, quirkiess satisfaction, especially for those who missed it the first twenty times around.
