The story of the Wynstables:- Oliver, the father, a quiet, unassuming clerk in a real estate office whose kingdom is his home; two sons, two daughters, rebelling at the family circle, their jobs and their loves, all tending to break the chord -- finally the emergence of a life-long secret of Oliver's real position in the firm, and the reason for his pretense. Ultimately, he gives the young 'uns a break.
