Would you believe Tony Navarro, a miner's son recently compensated for his father's death, borrows the identity of his friend Ken Smith, a bank president's son, thus becoming a sophomore transfer at Exmoor U.? If you would, then you can enjoy Tony alias Ken, a shy and secretive boy with enormous shoulders whose happy-go-lucky roommate Jim Starrett convinces him to go out for the football team. The personalities of the boys and the frequent lively game sequences which make up the bulk of this sports story are points scored despite the handicap of a clumsy style.
