ARCHY'S LIFE OF MEHITABEL

Archy, the cockroach, and Mehitabel, the cat, the perfect lady though ""toujours gai"", are classic figures to all who know them through the ""column"" or though the first volume of their adventures, ARCHY AND MEHITABEL. That book goes merrily on, selling through good times and bad. This should make a plus sale (both ways), and humor is in demand and always rare. A much-interrupted biography, poems, philosophizing, and notes to the boss, make entertaining reading, uneven, to be sure, but a sure sale to those who relished the first volume.
