Thank goodness the plot isn't as cutesy as the title; it's quite funny. J. Eugene Raxford, a dedicated Ban the Bomber, mistakenly becomes involved with a group that is about to throw one...at the U.N. among other things. The ""League for New Beginnings"" is a coalition of all the nut terrorist groups in the U.S. and is the brainchild of Raxford's girlfriend's nefarious brother. Raxford finds himself in the awkward position of being the ""first pacifist gunman in the history of the world"" blundering through a comedy of terrors...even the FBI gets its nose tweaked.
