by Dorothy Tennov ‧ RELEASE DATE: March 1, 1977
Make a chart that contains two boxes for each hour of the seven days of the week. Label one box ""A"" for ""activity,"" the other, ""C"" for your feeling about your true capabilities at that moment. Capabilities range from Level One (terrific) to Level Five (good-for-nothing). Since all of us have--according to Tennov--particular hours during the day in which we function at peak levels, we should arrange our schedules so that our most exacting tasks coincide with our best hours. Thassall, folks.
