MR. KOALA BEAR

A big book- with snappy pink and green pictures by the author- tells a disgruntling wee story about the tiny Australian ursus, koala. Humanizing him, the author puts Mr. Koala Bear into a neat tree house with all the comforts of home. But his life is disrupted when two young koalas who think he's their uncle come to visit and Mr. Bear in spite of the messes keeps his patience until their mother comes to collect them. We don't know how he did it. Flat in spite of the rather appealing art work.
