The wife of Lincoln Steffins tolls here of human relationships in new Russia. It is a scholarly but not particularly inspired book - a close study of what the Soviet regime has done in actually changing the trend of human thought as well as action. An analysis of the results in the human equation of the new attitudes toward sex, the family, religion, education, work and play. Packed with information, but of more value for the student of social conditions than for the man in the street, who wants his subject matter dramatized.
