by Enid Johnson ‧ RELEASE DATE: April 21, 1952
A clubby little tale about triplets Jean, Jessie and Jo who are cared for by their Aunt Bess while Mummie goes to see Daddy safely demobilized in California, Housekeeping is made a game; the bathroom overflows in the process of washing a new puppy and so forth. Finally the triplets are enlightened by Aunt Bess and their returning parents on how they can be distinguished without ribbons; i.e.: by their inner natures. Almost as sugary as it sounds, but not quite. Drawings by Sari are happy and expansive. Cloth binding, reenforced.
