MRS. PEREGRINE AND THE YAK

This is one of our pets of the season so far, and we got a lot of chuckles out of both text and pictures, as we followed the adventures of the friendly old lady in her quest for a companion for the lonely yak. It really is enchanting and absurd and original. And the pictures by Eloise Wilkin are exactly right.
