Virtually none of the Bible text is used in this retelling of the familiar story of Joseph. Granted that fact, which will be a hurdle to some who want children to become familiar with the classic phraseology, this is an excellent rendering of a story which -- it seems to me -- needs some amplification, clarification for youngsters.
