Two army officers' sons, stationed at Davao, get the dream of their lives when their fathers let them go on a peace mission to the Moros before Pearl Harbor. The Moros have been running and there is mutual mistrust. Tully and Crampton do their share in making friends with the son of a Moro chieftain, Piang, they save save his life, and eventually Piang brings the Mores to pledge allegiance to the USA.
