It tells of the outstanding leaders in business, law and politics, who have contributed to the great achievements of arbitration,- some 15,000 men comprise the panels the country over. It gives the basic rules by which arbitration functions, and the philosophy behind it. It is a book which should interest those immediately concerned, and the authority of the author, first vice-president of the American Arbitration Association, is unquestioned. But- even for those interested in the subject matter, the book is dull reading.
