In a little bear's words (80 words in the book's entirety) and color pictures that are simple to the point of blankness, this begins, ""when I got up this morning I yawned--a big yawn just like Daddy."" The ""just like Daddy"" refrain is repeated as the bear tells of getting dressed, having breakfast, going off fishing (mother, daddy, and little bear together), picking a flower for his mother, and baiting his hook. Then, ""I caught a big fish [next page] just like Mommy!"" A stereotype-twitting joke on Daddy and readers alike, but a pretty shabby one for the $10.00 price tag.
