Here is a large, mistily, delicately beautiful fantasy about two frolicking rabbits. They loved to spend all day playing together -- Hide and Seek, Find the Acorn and Race Around the Blackberry Bush. But often the little black rabbit eat down and looked sad. When the little white rabbit asked what was the matter the black rabbit always said he was ""just thinking"". When the little white rabbit found what he was wishing for, he no longer looked sad. They had a rabbit wedding and all the forest folk attended. The illustrations have the hazy quality often found in Chinese screen paintings. The scale of the pictures makes it ideal to show at a story circle -- where the back row can see too.
