THE SAFE AND SURE WAY TO REDUCE

For the one out of five who needs control appetite (overeating the only cause of overweight) and figure, the Food and Market Editor of the NEA service has written a scientific, serious book about weight loss which counts calories and discounts fads, crash diets, fraudulent appetite depressors, etc. Learning what to eat is as important as learning what not to eat' reduction should be slow and steady; the emotional aspects must be considered; and there need not be special meals. The many menus offered, with caloric breakdowns at different levels (1500-1800- etc.) and interchangeable parts, are based on nutritional needs as well as the objective in mind. Excellent, extended coverage, for longterm use.
