DEAR GARBAGE MAN

Stan, the newest employee at the Sanitation Department, has a common fault; he can't bear to see things thrown away. Instead of chucking all the broken bikes and old bedsteads into the truck to be chewed up, he saves them hoping different owners will be able to find some use for the junk. But when this method backfires Stan realizes that even chewed up garbage is put to good use.
