SLIGHTLY PERFECT

Loud and long-winded screwballiana, which you can credit for exertion and for little else. All about Milton Hawkins, an over- regular young man who goes irregular. Milton, an actuary, connected with a Hartford insurance plan, never errs. When he does, he is put off-balance, joins a carnival, pals with groups of freaks and nuts, and even tries his own hand at a stunt or so. Kinda corny -- tassels and all -- but for a rough and ready sense of farce, it may go.
