An unholy mixture of science fiction and gay porn. There is an occasional smear of plot about youthfully irresistible, lissome-loined Chrome (so called--no kidding--for his hardness), the object of a tug-of-war between a nasty outfit called the Society of Restructured Americas and a bunch of magnificent male specimens from a member world of the Confederated Galaxies. S.O.R.A. is after Chrome for his precious genes--he's the first robot successfully implanted with the human caring instinct, or so they say--to rescue poor old mankind from the consequences of its silly breeding policies or lack of them. The extraterrestrials, led by a gorgeous piece of beefcake known as Vortex, are after him for his own sweet self. It all could have been dreamed up in one of Times Square's porn palaces, where it may well return one of these days with a title like Close Encounters of the Oral-Genital Kind.
